Simone is somewhat of a local legend, growing up in Concord West and getting to know pretty much every member of the community over the years. Anyone she didn’t know before starting here with us, she has met since!

Simone joined our front desk team in 2022 and quickly endeared herself to all of our patients. Never short of a smile or time for a chat at the front, she loves doing everything she can to make every experience you have here at Pinnacle a warm & friendly one. Her coffee making skills have even improved out of sight since joining our team!

When she’s not at the clinic she’s busy keeping her 2 boys on the straight & narrow, and just generally being a friendly presence around Concord West. If there’s anything you need help with here at the clinic, Simone is only too happy to help out.
