In the final instalment of our Introductory Pilates series, we’re advancing the basics that you’ve learnt and built upon in the first 2 classes to introduce some new positions and movements. We will move into more complex sidelying exercises, as well as exploring the activation of new muscle groups and chains whilst lying face down, as well as on all fours. This class, like the first 2 in the series, is done without any equipment other than a mat and a towel.
