Aatmaja is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with strong clinical focus on helping patients overcome pain and restore functional movement. She specialises in musculoskeletal conditions, both acute injuries and long term presentations, guiding patients with clear explanations, structured and achievable rehabilitation plans.
Aatmaja’s approach is to understand each patient’s history, goals, and functional demands and addressing this through a combination of hands on treatment, progressive exercise rehabilitation, and targeted education. This approach supports sustainable, long term outcomes and encourages patients to take an active role in their recovery.
Across her career of seven years, Aatmaja has treated a broad and diverse patient population. Fun fact: The youngest patient she has treated has been six days old, and the oldest has been ninety eight years. This gives her a strong appreciation for adapting care to people at different stages, abilities, and clinical needs.
Aatmaja also has a particular interest in women’s health and holds Level 1 APA Women’s Health accreditation. This allows her to integrate informed and appropriate care for women across different stages of life while maintaining a strong musculoskeletal framework. Her clinical focus remains on helping patients return to full function and to confidently participate in work, exercise, daily activities and anything else they’d want to achieve.
Patients often describe Aatmaja as calm, professional, and easy to communicate with. She aims to create a supportive treatment environment where patients feel informed, involved, and confident in their plan of care. Aatmaja is also committed to help patients achieve meaningful, lasting results and looks forward to guiding them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Outside the clinic, Aatmaja enjoys playing social badminton, spending time with family and friends, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. She brings a measured, thoughtful approach to her clinical practice and is committed to helping patients achieve meaningful and lasting results.
