How does the Enhanced Level Membership work?

If you’re keen on more treatment and regular classes, this is definitely the membership for you.

Membership at this level has a base price of $99/month paid 6-monthly (or $104/month paid monthly). This gives you access to our heavily discounted treatment fees, with no limit on quantity.

All standard chiro and physio appointments for enhanced level members are just $49. Extended (30 min) consultations and dry needling sessions are $64.

You also get access to 1 class per week (space permitting), plus 5% off massage, 10% off products, and full access to the Pinnacle Digital library for hours of online classes to do at home.

What about claiming from my health fund?

You can still claim from your health fund. You cannot claim on the $99 monthly membership fee, but you can claim on the $49 fee for each session. You can bring your card and claim on the spot, and in most cases the health fund will cover most, if not all of the $49 fee (until you reach your annual limit, of course).

As you can see, the enhanced level member benefits from the 3rd appointment in the month onwards. You can see that the savings become quite significant the more visits that are attended. For many people, a higher frequency of treatment is exactly the thing they need to really get fixed properly, and until now the costs to achieve that may have been prohibitively high.

Meet Maria – Enhanced Level Member

Maria is a 56 year old mum of young adults, working part-time in the family business. Life is pretty busy but she knows the value of looking after herself.

She’s been told she’s got a dodgy knee that may be heading towards surgery one day if it gets too much worse. It does give her a fair bit of grief every time she walks for longer than 45 minutes, which she loves to do a few times a week. She also gets semi regular low back pain, and her shoulder plays up a bit after doing too much with it.

Maria knows that she needs more than just pain relief when a problem flares up. She’s done the “crisis care” treatment approach too many times, and needs to really get on top of this now. Problem is, she knows she needs to see her chiro and physio a couple of times a week for a month or two, and then probably weekly with each of them for another month or two to really get things under control. She also gets lots of benefit from massage, which works extra well in conjunction with her physio care. Unfortunately, the cost of committing to this is a bit of a turn off, especially with the interest rate on the mortgage constantly going up.

So she takes out an enhanced level membership here at Pinnacle. She starts by seeing the chiro twice a week for 4 weeks, with some physio sessions after the 2nd week to start to build some strength. The combination of the two starts to get her some amazing results. In the first month alone, she has a total of 10 chiro & physio appointments. Normally this would cost her nearly $1,000, but because she’s on the enhanced membership she only pays $49 each time she comes in, coming to a total of just $589. The health fund chips in for some of that until it runs out, after which time she decides to ditch her extras cover and save on her monthly premium as well.

In the following months she needs less chiro and physio, but she’s started coming to a weekly functional conditioning class (which is included in her membership), and still sees the chiro or physio every couple of weeks. With this frequency she’s still well ahead of the game financially, and she’s getting incredible results. She has even started doing some Pilates at home from the Pinnacle Digital library, which is also included in this level.

And guess what? She’s not looking like going in for that surgery any time soon! She’s never felt better, and we’ve loved being able to help just one more person discover and fulfil their potential.
