If you’re reading this, then it’s most likely that you’ve been sent a link to this page by us here at Pinnacle, as we consider you to be one of our long term or regular patients.

I wanted to take a moment to make sure you had received the previous correspondence from me, sent in a few separate emails over the last few weeks (Sep 18, 20 & 27). After chatting to some of you since sending those emails, I have discovered that many of you hadn’t seen them, as the junk mail filter may have decided to give them a good home.

So, to ensure the information has been relayed to you, here it is again!

The basic idea of the emails, apart from letting you know about our new memberships, was to let you know that we were about to implement a scheduled chiro & physio fee increase. As much as I’d like not to have to do so, unfortunately these are a natural part of business when the cost of delivering our services continues to rise.

However, as one of our regular or long term patients, I have frozen this fee increase for you until the end of October. This fee increase has now been applied for everyone else.

Why freeze the fee increase until the end of October for VIPs?

Well, I wanted to make sure you all had time to become aware of it, plus I wanted to give you time to look into our membership options and decide if any of them would suit you. The difference in price for those on a membership compared to those paying each time they come in is more pronounced given the upcoming fee increase.

What are the new fees?
  • Standard chiro or physio (20 mins): $95
  • Extended chiro or physio (30 mins): $110
  • Chiro + dry needling (30 mins): $110

Massage, exercise physiology and class prices remain unchanged for the moment.

How does membership make it cheaper?

By committing to regular (or more frequent) care to maintain your condition, or to come a bit more often to finally try and get on top of it, we are able to bill you on a recurring subscription basis at a lower rate. If you’re already coming regularly, a membership will mean you’re paying a whole lot less to continue to do so.

There are 3 levels of membership:

  • Basic: $79/month when paid up-front for 6 months, or $83/month if debited monthly. This includes a standard chiro or physio appointment each month, or a small additional $15 fee if you have an extended 30 min consult or dry needling. If you’re already a regular monthly visitor, you’ll end up well ahead (almost 20% off). Additional appointments in the month are also discounted by 5% (as well as all massage), so when you need a bit of extra care above your usual monthly maintenance session, you also save.
  • Enhanced: $109/month when paid up front for 6 months, or $119/month if debited monthly. This level, like the basic level, also includes a standard chiro or physio appointment (+ $15 for extended/dry needling), BUT the benefit of this level is that every additional appointment in the month is only $59 (+ $15 for extended/dry needling). This means that if you’re likely to come more than twice in the month for a combination of chiro and physio, you’re well ahead. You also get 5% off massage, 10% off products and access to one class per week.
  • Premium: $299/month when paid up front for 3 months, or $309/month if debited monthly. This level gives unlimited standard chiro & physio appointments in the month, 10% off massage, 15% off products and unlimited classes.

As you can see, even the basic level puts you ahead if you’re only coming once a month (which, as your practitioners have probably always told you, is a great idea!) Maintenance care is the absolute best way to ensure you stay on top of things and don’t need to come and see us in a crying mess every time you injure something.

Or if you want to come more often, the higher levels are where you really start to win. You’ll get better results, we’ll have happier patients, it really is a win-win for everyone. Don’t forget you also get the inclusion of classes and access to our online classes through Pinnacle Digital on the enhanced and premium levels too, so the value is even better than just the consultation fee savings.

We haven’t introduced these memberships to try and scam anyone, nor do we want people to take them up and not use them. We genuinely want to be able to provide the level of care that we know most people need in order to get their best results, and we want to make sure it’s provided in a cost-effective way. We want to reward those of you who commit to their ongoing wellbeing with us.

What do I do now?

If you have an appointment booked in October, feel free to just come in for that one as usual and pay the old rate. Note that from November 1 those fees will also increase for each of you, as they have recently done for everyone else.

For me, it really is a no-brainer if you’re already coming regularly, or you’re “sort of” regular and want to make it more of a routine thing. You’ll be saving money and getting (or keeping) great results. I genuinely hope this helps to make the services we offer and the lifestyle we can help you achieve become more accessible.
