Yoga can take many different forms, and in this class Olivia combines some traditional elements of yoga with Pilates and modern exercise science techniques to bring you a great all round class for core strength, with a focus on flexibility for the neck and shoulders. Our so-named “Yogalates” classes give a well rounded experience that will get your body moving as well as enjoying the balancing benefits of yoga.
For this class it will be useful to have access to a foam roller, though not essential. We hope you enjoy it!
