In the 1st introductory class we introduced you to the foundational movements that are essential for understanding how your body should be positioned in space and how to engage the key muscle groups with introductory movements.

In this class we build upon those concepts and start to introduce some more complexity, whilst still maintaining proper form and control. As we progress through the exercises you will start to feel muscles working harder, and the movements you have been working on in the first class becoming much more natural and fluid.
