Each class provides education and a range of levels to make them accessible to people of all abilities.

In this class we explore how to activate you abdominal muscles in a range of positions from standing to side lying, educate you how to ensure your centre is turning on first and how to add other muscle groups to the exercise for a more comprehensive workout.
