Our first class for cyclists looked at the strength in muscle groups to allow for better efficiency of movement. In cycling it is also important to ensure you have good mobility through joints to allow the muscles around the joint to work at their optimum and minimise the chance of injury. This class will equip you with the mobility exercises you can use to complement your strengthening routine.
