Each class provides education and a range of levels to make them accessible to people of all abilities.
Need a short workout that you know will be effective for your abs? Join us in this 20 minute workout which shows how you can be working your abdominals in a variety of positions. Always drawing on your centre first, these exercises layer the muscles for a more effective workout. Keep it short or choose the exercises you like and add some more reps to stretch out the workout.
