Our Physio Pilates classes are designed to increase your awareness of how the core muscles (your centre) in your body can work most efficiently to enhance your efficiency of movement and reduce your risk of injury. Each class provides education and a range of levels to make them accessible to people of all abilities.

So many of our patients who present with back or leg injuries have underlying weakness in the gluteals. These muscles are crucial to maintain a stable pelvis to allow your back to work efficiently and safely and to prevent force translating to your knees or feet. In this class we put a focus on the gluteals, not to the exclusion of other muscle groups, in order to help you work on your pelvic stability and further enhance the work of your centre.
