Tim is an experienced physiotherapist who can assist you in your health and lifestyle goals, whether that be maximising your performance or simply staying active and independent.
Tim is an experienced physiotherapist with a bachelors degree in physiotherapy, who has worked across a variety of settings including rehabilitation, sports injuries, workstation ergonomics, post-surgical rehabilitation and return to sport. Through working with local netball and soccer teams he has developed a thorough knowledge of how to manage and improve a range of sporting injuries, as well as ongoing issues that prevent sportspeople from maximising their potential.
Tim has a background in running, martial arts, rowing and touch football, as well as a personal interest in strength and conditioning. He has also completed training in sports taping, functional assessment and clinical Pilates. Tim has assisted thousands of office workers to set up their workstations to eliminate their daily aches and pains, as well as working with seniors to maintain their everyday independence and mobility.
Through these pursuits and his further training, Tim has developed a thorough understanding of how to analyse and correct movement issues; and on top of symptom relief he can assist you in developing better flexibility, strength and body awareness, and work together with you in helping you to find your pinnacle.

- Monday 10am – 1pm & 2 – 6:30pm
- Wednesday 9:30am – 2pm & 3 – 8pm (Functional Stability class from 7 – 8pm)
- Thursday 9am – 1pm & 2 – 7pm
- Friday 8am – 1pm & 2 – 5pm
- Saturday 8am – 12pm
