“I love the fluidity of yoga, tying in movement with breath to create a sense of space within my body in each pose. My interest in anatomy and passion for creating classes that is suited to all bodies led me to undertaking mat Pilates training.”
Irene completed her yoga training in 2015 and then went on to complete her Matwork Pilates training in 2017. Since 2016 she has taught at various studios and gyms around Sydney and is also currently training and teaching to be an Aerial Instructor.
Irene brings with her experience in teaching Vinayasa Flow and Hatha foundational yoga classes with focus on body awareness, alignment, core work and building strength. She has also completed her teacher training of Yin Yoga which she incorporates in her sessions. Her classes are accessible for students of all fitness levels and backgrounds.
Irene will be teaching a Vinyasa Flow Yoga at 6.15am on Monday and Matwork Pilates at 7.15am on Monday here at The Pinnacle Studio.
If you are looking for a gentle movements that will still give you a good cardio work out then this might be the class for you. You can also do the class if you are pregnant but not in the first trimester and ages 12 and above are welcome.
