Kids yoga is a technique that involves specialised training and integrates basic yoga positions, balance, stretching, mindfulness, concentration, interaction with others in the class and most of all….lots of fun!

Aisling (pron. “Ashling”) attained her kids yoga teaching accreditation in 2017 and has been bringing the benefits of yoga to kids of a range of ages since.

Far from just an “adults yoga class” adapted for little bodies, Aisling’s kids yoga classes will engage and delight your children as they integrate all aspects of their body’s movements and spacial awareness. She runs 2 separate classes, one for preschoolers and one for primary aged kids. All ages and levels of experience are welcome, as she will tailor the class to meet your child’s exact requirements.
